When my Uncle passed away in September my parents and I were responsible for handling his Estate. One of the first items to deal with was what to do with his house. I received a referral from his Bank Manager that turned out to be our good fortune.

We reside in Peterborough roughly 90 miles from the house and this made dealing with the maintenance and sale of the home difficult. Christina Paisley came to our rescue and made the experience not only profitable but enjoyable. She brought on board Paula Mclaughlin the property stager. Right from that moment on, both ladies took charge of the process but always included us in any decision. We needed to have 3 things to
make this process work.
1) Trust was number one as we didnʼt know the area or real estate market.
2) a vision as to what was required to sell the house.
3) people who truly would work at the process.

Well, we got all three and a friendship to boot. Immediately Paula knew what changes had to be made and how much money needed to be spent. Christina drove the process and set dates for completion. All the time they engaged us and our relatives to work on cleaning up the house and upgrading it. Their vision of what the house could be and why was explained clearly. Once the makeover took place Paula & Christina helped with the cleanup and staging. Wow - What a difference!

Now Christina was put to the test in selling the property - her insight and game plan for marketing the property was fantastic. The results speak for themselves. An attractive bungalow sold at roughly 30k more than it was listed for in the span of 1 week.

Needless to say our family was impressed and relieved to have completed this phase of
Estate management in such a short time frame. We were most impressed with the ability of both ladies to work with us in doing the little extra things - such as getting rid of excess furniture and cleaning, picking up the mail and making sure lights were left on at the house. I have nothing more to say except if you are looking to hire two ladies to help with selling your home - Christina and Paula are your team!

When you are sitting 90 miles from the action it was nice to know we had Christina and Paula on duty. They are the both friendly,knowledgeable and engaging. We thank them for all they did for us.

I started looking for a Real Estate agent about a month ago and asked if anyone had any recommendations. I got a few names and I decided to interview some of them. While looking for my agent, I was also trying to organize a surprise 25th Wedding Anniversary for my inlaws, so I knew i was going to be busy and needed someone I could rely on and trust, someone who knew what she was doing and basically, take care of business for me. well, I found her!

Her name is Christina Paisley! Two other moms had recommended her to me, and now I know why. She exceeded all my expectations.

Christina Paisley’s services were exemplary! I hired Christina to sell my condo in the Beaches that was currently being rented. After moving an hour from Toronto, I was nervous that this would be a challenging task from afar. Christina was so professional and dealt with the distance with ease. My wife and I decided to sell our house and then look for a new house with christina as our agent based on feedback through friends and referrals. That turned out to be a great decision.

Our house sold in less than one week. The staging, advertising, and open houses were all outstanding and it could not have gone any smoother.

I hired Christina to list my condo for lease. Christina was professional,
friendly and so very helpful to me. Although leasing is not what Christina specializes in day-to-day, she was terrific and made the process really easy for me. The listing was great and the pictures Christina took were amazing!!! It made my condo look great!
